Sugarmill Restaurant & Bar have opened their doors and head chef Byron Goh is excited to share what’s on offer.

Byron is originally from a town in Borneo called Miri. He grew up in the hospitality industry and decided to pursue his passion to become a chef. He was trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney with a Diploma in French Culinary Arts. His style of cooking is European with an Asian influence. Bon Appetit!

Sugarmill will be open for breakfast and lunch 7 days a week and dinner on selected nights. They specialise in house made wood-fired pizzas, cocktails, craft home-brewed beer, house-made patisserie plus a yummy menu with inside and outside dining options available!
